    This is the reprints of the bulletins 1-19 except 17 (it's available in Bulletin 91). These bulletins were created when the CERA went on inspection trips, conducting meetings and publishing. They served as a guide to those riding on the train. They are not up-to-date. They offer a "testimony to the diligent efforts of a few individuals to record information in the developmental period of our hobby."
