    Billboard advertising was applied to two express motors for a short time in 1928; 501 and 508. Here is 508 beside the Electric Express Company warehouse at the Dallas freight terminal. The box motor had a blue body with red lettering. This paint scheme applied only to these two express motors and only in 1928 and 1929.     Sherman local city car prior to the take over of Denison and Sherman Railway by Texas Traction Company in 1909.     Two 1925 Studebaker Buses (numbered 5 and 6) sit in front of the Monroe Shops, in the yard. These were bought by Texas Electric Railway Company to replace electric street cars.     Two Texas Electric Interurban Railway Company Passenger Motors have collided with each other on the tracks as a group of on-lookers and rescuers mill about. The photographer is probably Geo. H. Wilcox because his address is from Maryland.
