    View north toward Waxahachie from the Bullard Substation. To the immediate left of the substation is a rotary converter that was being repaired. These converters were used as backups in the event of a power outage. Waxahachie is seen in the mid-distance. A man dressed in a suit, probably Frank Rogers, is standing to the left of the tracks across from the rotary converter. He was most likely there to provide height and distance perspective....
