Hand-drawn Texas Electric Railway Waco Division map. Map 21 shows Texas Electric Railway track South of Waxahachie. Noteable features are the Bullard Transformer Station, Bullard Stop, Highway US 77, Pierce Stop, South Prong Creek, Penn Siding, and the Missouri-Kansas-Texas (MKT) Railroad. Created by Johnnie J. Myers and Walter Donaldson, while riding in the rear of a Texas Electric Railway car on the Denison and Waco lines. The number of the map is indicated by a circled number in the bottom right corner. This detailed map was later redrawn by Steve Scalzo from the Central Electric Railfans Association (CERA) for Johnnie J. Myers' book, Texas Electric Railway. This section can be seen on Map 4, detail 38 and 39. |
