ADJUSTMENT OF DIFFERENCES The purpose of the management of these companies is to extend every possible convenience and courtesy to the traveling public. To this end it is the intention to employ none but courteous, pains-taking men. Passengers are requested to report to the General Passenger Agent any instances of incivility on the part of agents, trainmen or other employes. In the event of any disagreement with an agent or conductor relative to tickets, privileges, etc., passengers should pay the employe's claim, take a receipt, and refer the matter to the General Passenger Agent. The employee has no discretion in such matters, but is governed by rules which he has no authority to change or deviate from. -25- |
