Original front and back leather cover for part five of the 1905 engineering survey commissioned to investigate the feasibility of establishing an interurban railway line. The report was produced under the management of Fred A. Jones, a consulting engineer, located at the time in Houston, TX. It appears this report only contained photographs, which have been removed due to deterioration of the item.
