[transcribed] Texas Electric Bus Lines 1521 Wood St. DALLAS 1, TEXAS February 9th, 1951. Operator Lester A. Sirkle, Waco, Texas. Dear Sir:- It gives me pleasure to hand you a Certificate of Merit card and a one year "Ace Driver" pin awarded by the Markel Service, Inc., such being for the year January 1st, 1950 to January 1st, 1951, this being given in recognition for your contribution to highway safety by having operated a public transportation vehicle over the highways of the State of Texas for a period of one year without a chargeable accident. Congratulations to you upon winning this merited recognition, as I am fully aware of your interest in matters of this kind, as well as any others that have to do with the well being of your company.
