Form 800-W Texas Electric Railway Company Conductor's Report of Tickets Honored But Not Lifted. The form doesn't extend to the back side.

The form was used to identify tickets the Conductor allowed a passenger to use for transit but he did not take the ticket from them.

A typed message, likely from the submitter, who had obtained the form from "Fred" [possibly Thornton as another donated form directly identifies Fred Thornton] notes:
"As Fred worked both Sherman and Denison City lines, I am unable to guess where this was taken."
