TER 'Extra' Passenger Motor 365 on Frisco Bridge - 1948, July 4
Texas Electric Railway Company Passenger Motor 365 on Frisco trestle, south of Sherman and north of Murphy Siding. This was the longest bridge in the Denison Division. It was used by Texas Electric to cross the Frisco Railway tracks and Choctaw Creek. An almost identical scene, in clearer greyscale, is found at CP.2022.CL.20-255. See: Map 1

TER Work Motor 800 on Oak Cliff End of Trinity River Bridge, Dallas - 1948, July
A color photograph of Texas Electric Railway Company Class "A" Work Motor 800 on the Oak Cliff end of Trinity River Bridge. It is pulling a NYC freight/box car, which had been picked up from the interchange at the north end of the Trinity River viaduct. Here, the train approaches the south end of the viaduct. Note the overhead catenary wire structure, used for speeding up the cars over the viaduct. See: Map 8
