Tulsa-Sapula Union (TSU) Railway Car 1004 ran between Tulsa and Sapula, Oklahoma; This car was a Class B-1 50 ton built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in 1928 and retired in 1960. (information from the Internet) The picture was from a Bank One envelope dated 1995. Walter P. Donalson III collected photographs of Cars from various Railways across the United States and countries.
