Northern Texas Traction Company track headed west in Oak Cliff. Off to the right is the old Merrifield home, now located at 2223 W. Jefferson Blvd, Dallas. This track, in present day, runs in front of Sunset High School; a public secondary school in north Oak Cliff which was designated a Dallas Historical Landmark in 2014. At a later date, about 200 feet of the single track (immediately after the double track merged) was left for the terminus of the Dallas Railway street car line. The track continuing west was removed.
