Texas Electric Railway Bluebonnet Limited 327, resplendent in its new "Bluebonnet" colors of blue and cream, and complete with a stylish tail sign is shown here on the ladder track of the Dallas Interurban Terminal. The sign on the front of the car indicates it runs on the Dallas-Waco Line. In 1932, there was a major blind side alteration for one-man service. The front side window was revised for better visibility for the motorman, whose position moved to the left. The conductor position was eliminated. By 1948, the rear step had also been removed indicating conversion of the rear platform to baggage or parcel use. This car was configured for a two-man operation. Note in this photo, to the far right, is a sign in a window that reads: Interurban Tailors Cleaning, Pressing, Alterations Laundry Agency Interurban Tailors was located at 311 Browder Street.
