DIGITAL PRINT: Texas Electric Railway Passenger Motor 308 turns left off of Commerce Street, outbound for Lancaster. Passengers are visible through the windows of the car. An unidentified man crosses Commerce Street in front of the car while two unidentified women stand on the corner opposite him, soon to be blocked from vision by the turning car. Cars are traveling to the right of the car as well as behind the car going the opposite direction. The Willard Hat Company sign, painted on the side of a building, is prominent in the background.
