Early Huaco Heights trolley, ca 1913. Like many small car lines during the trolley era, Waco's Huaco Heights Line was built to serve a real estate development. The line was merely a short shuttle at the end of Citizens Railway's Sanger Avenue line. The line's lone car, shown in this blurred, ca 1913 photograph, might have been bought from Citizens Railway.
