Description |
'O' scale model of Texas Electric Railway Class C Locomotive (Freight Motor) 953. The freight motor has a silver body with a black roof. This freight motor was originally a Texas Traction Company car. It was used to removed Passenger Motors 365 and 366 from the Vickery accident site in April 1948. 953 was used as a 600 volt freight motor until the final days of Texas Electric Railway Company in 1948, at which time it was dismantled. A label on the undercarriage identifies Jean Deschenes as the builder; 2005. |
