Texas Electric Railway Pass 1937-38, No. 1087; on light green colored paper. This pass was assigned to Mr. L. A. David, Asst. Gen'l. Mgr., Missouri Pacific Lines. At the bottom of the pass, is printed: Until December 31st, 1938 unless otherwise ordered and subject to conditions on back [Jas P Griffin] R President On the back of the pass is printed: Good over Interurban Lines of TEXAS ELECTRIC RAILWAY COMPANY and expires December 31, 1938 CONDITIONS This pass is not transferable, and if presented by other than the individual named, conductor or train auditor will take up same and collect fare. The person accepting and using this pass thereby assumes all risk of accident and damage to person and property. I represent that I am not prohibited by any law from accepting this pass, and agree that I will not use it in violation of any law. I accept the above conditions. [L A David] ___________________ |
