Texas Electric Railway Pass 1940-41, No. 1162; on peach colored paper. This pass was assigned to Mr. J. A. Brown, Asst. Chief Traffic Officer, Missouri Pacific R. R. Co. At the bottom of the pass, is printed: Until December 31st, 1941 unless otherwise ordered and subject to conditions on back [Jas P Griffin] R President On the back of the pass is printed: Good over Interurban Lines of TEXAS ELECTRIC RAILWAY COMPANY and expires December 31, 1941 CONDITIONS This pass is not transferable, and if presented by other than the individual named, conductor or train auditor will take up same and collect fare. The person accepting and using this pass thereby assumes all risk of accident and damage to person and property. I represent that I am not prohibited by any law from accepting this pass, and agree that I will not use it in violation of any law. I accept the above conditions.
