Woodlake Substation - 2024, March 16
Photoshopped digital file of the former Texas Electric Railway Woodlake Transformer Station (substation). When Strickland interests gained control of the Denison and Sherman in 1909, one of the first moves was to construct this substation at Woodlake, which lay between the two cities. This building was still standing in early 2024. The transformer station lies on private property. See: Map 1, Detail 2
