Two 1925 Studebaker Buses (numbered 5 and 6) sit in front of the Monroe Shops, in the yard. These were bought by Texas Electric Railway Company to replace electric street cars. Dallas Interurban Building, 1916 - 1916
The train yard of the Dallas Interurban Terminal when new in 1916. Northern Texas Traction (Fort Worth interurban) 18 is at the right, Southern Traction Interurban Motor 313 and another of the same series can also be seen, while at the far left is one of the Texas Traction 452-454 series, which were ex-Louisville and New Albany cars. Freshly Repainted TER Passenger Motor 360 at Dallas Interurban Station - 1938
Texas Electric Railway Company Postal Car 360 stands at the Dallas Interurban Station over a work pit. The rail car appears to be freshly repainted and perhaps just out of the repair shop. Southern Traction Dallas Limited Interurban Motor 302 - ca 1913
Southern Traction Company Interurban Motor 302 somewhere along the Waco Line. In what is likely a publicity/promotional photo, the car is running as a Dallas Limited. This car was built by St. Louis Car Company in 1913 and rebuilt in 1917 by Texas Electric. Individuals seen through the front window are unidentified.

TER Class A Locomotive 800 - 1928
Texas Electric Railway Company Class "A" Locomotive 800. Location is not known but it's likely near Monroe Shops. Built in 1928, in the Company shops, this was a 600/1200 volt car that pulled 400 tons. The trucks and electrical equipment came from car 321. 800 was used as 1200 volt freight motor until the final days of Texas Electric Railway Company in 1948, at which time 800 was dismantled.

Substantial and good looking, Texas Electric Railway Passenger Motor 325 was one of four all-steel cars purchased from St. Louis in 1920. The four cars were the only new interurbans bought by Texas Electric. Equipped for 600 / 1200 V operation, they spent their life in the Waco Division. Passenger Motor 325, burned in early 1928.
