  14. TER Class A Locomotive 800 - 1928

Texas Electric Railway Company Class "A" Locomotive 800. Location is not known but it's likely near Monroe Shops. Built in 1928, in the Company shops, this was a 600/1200 volt car that pulled 400 tons. The trucks and electrical equipment came from car 321. 800 was used as 1200 volt freight motor until the final days of Texas Electric Railway Company in 1948, at which time 800 was dismantled.
