    Denison and Sherman Railway Jewett 21 awaits passengers in the square at Sherman. Operator and conductor stand at either end of the car. Behind the car is the Walsh Hardware Company building. The Denison and Sherman Railway Company purchased three new combination motor cars from the Jewett Car Company. These double-truck, single-end cars with open rear platforms were delivered in April 1901 over the St. Louis Southwestern Railway.

    Northern Texas Traction Interurban Passenger Motor Coach 21 was built after 1910. Cars 21-24 were the last of the railroad roof cars from St. Louis Car Company. This was likely a publicity shot.
